Complimentary Consultation
Every commission begins with a conversation. A relaxed call to explore your ideas, style and budget - with no commitments. We take time to understand the story behind the piece, unearthing the personal details, the symbolism and moments you wish to honour.
Outline and Estimate
At this stage, we explore design directions and provide a clear pricing outline based on your preferences. Once you are ready to move forward, a deposit secures your commission and the work begins.
Design Review
Where a central stone is involved, we begin there. We share a curated selection of options for you to review before shaping the design around your stone.
We then move into the design stage where we share digital renders for you to review and refine together until every detail feels right. Where helpful, we also create a physical prototype.
With your final approval, the piece moves into crafting, which takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Personal meaning sits at the heart of every Incador creation. Should you wish, your bespoke design can include complimentary engravings and subtle birthstone personalisation - allowing a date or initial to become part of the design.
Choosing Your Diamond
All centre stones are certified by leading gemological laboratories, including GIA and IGI. All our natural diamonds are sourced exclusively through suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and the Responsible Jewellery Council’s Code of Practices, supporting ethical and responsible sourcing at every stage.
At Incador, we value natural diamonds for their geological history and rarity. Simultaneously, we value lab grown diamonds for their accessibility, traceability and the creative freedom they offer to us as designers. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, giving our clients the freedom to choose the option that best reflects their values, preferences and story. We are here to explain the differences clearly and to source every stone as responsibly as possible.
Customer Care
Every bespoke ring includes a 12-month workmanship warranty and complimentary minor resizing within 30 days of collection or delivery, where structurally suitable.
As each bespoke piece is created specifically for you, the commission cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where the piece is faulty.

How much should I expect to spend on a bespoke piece?
Bespoke commissions start from approximately £4,000, with the final price depending on the design, weight of metal and gemstones selected. Every piece is designed and made in London, so the pricing also reflects the level of craftsmanship and production involved here. Once we understand what you are looking for, we will provide a clear preliminary estimate with no obligation to proceed.
When do I need to pay?
Once we understand the design you have in mind, we will provide a preliminary quote. A 60% deposit is then required for us to begin sourcing, designing and working on your piece, with the remaining 40% due once it is complete, before collection or delivery. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card, including American Express.
How far in advance should I start the bespoke process?
Most bespoke commissions take approximately 8-10 weeks, although this can vary depending on gemstone availability, feedback and any design amendments along the way. We always recommend starting as early as possible, simply so there is plenty of time to enjoy the process without feeling rushed.
Will I get to approve the design before it is made?
Of course, you will receive detailed digital renders, as well as a physical prototype, so you can properly visualise the proportions, details and overall look of the piece. You will have the opportunity to give us feedback throughout and we can continue refining the design until it feels exactly right for you.
Where will the gold, diamonds and gemstones in my piece come from?
Our gold is recovered from old electronics and refined to the same purity and quality as traditionally sourced gold. Our platinum is also recycled and RJC Chain of Custody certified.
We source diamonds and gemstones individually for each commission, so their origin can vary depending on the specific stone selected. However, our centre diamonds are always certified by leading gemmological laboratories, including GIA and IGI, and we offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as coloured gemstones.
What happens if there is a problem with my piece?
Every bespoke piece is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of collection or delivery. This covers any issue caused by the way the piece has been designed or made, such as a manufacturing fault, rather than damage caused by everyday wear, impact or accidental damage.
Bespoke rings also include one complimentary minor resizing within 30 days, provided the adjustment is structurally suitable for the design.
