We take time to understand whether the piece is for yourself or for someone else, exploring personal details, symbolism or moments you wish to honour. Our complimentary consultation is simply an opportunity to exchange ideas, refine direction and begin exploring designs, at your own pace.

At this stage, we explore design directions, materials, stones and provide a clear pricing outline based on your preferred approach. Where a central stone is involved, we take care of every detail from selecting, sourcing and securing the stone. We share options and refine the choice together, ensuring it is perfectly suited with the design, quality expectations and budget.

Bespoke commissions start from £4,000.

Commissioning a bespoke piece is the most personal expression of fine jewellery, an invitation to create a one of a kind future heirloom. At Incador, we work closely with our clients to distil their stories into creations that feel inherently theirs.

Following our initial complimentary consultation, we will share a tailored selection of design options. If you choose to proceed, a deposit will open your commission.

From that point, we shape the piece together, fine-tuning proportions, textures and gemstones. To ensure your commission carries the sentiment and significance it deserves, we are delighted to offer as many rounds of refinement as you wish during the design stage, with a physical prototype shared at the end to confirm your final design.

Once the design direction is set, we will source the stones that will bring it to life and begin the crafting process. Every Incador piece comes with its own Jewellery Provenance Passport, detailing the origin of the gold, the batch of electronics from which it was recovered, and more.

Bespoke commissions typically begin at £4,000. Your final quote will reflect the design, gold weight and gemstones you choose. We’ll share a clear, no-obligation estimate for you to consider at your pace.

Do you offer complimentary ring resizing?

We do! All our bespoke rings include one complimentary resize within a year of purchase. This covers resizing up or down by up to two sizes. We aim to complete all resizing requests within 15 working days.

Do you offer engraving or birthstone setting on bespoke pieces?

Yes, tailoring each piece to you is at the heart of what we do. For all bespoke designs, we are pleased to offer complimentary engraving, including initials, dates or text of up to 10 characters. Should you wish for a more intricate or detailed engraving, we would be happy to provide a personalised quote.

We also offer complimentary birthstone personalisation within the band. Subtly set, they unveil a layer of identity and personal meaning, designed to be passed down and shared across generations.

Where do your gemstones and diamonds come from?

We work with responsibly sourced gemstones and lab grown diamonds from trusted partners. Full traceability can be challenging in the gemstone supply chain; where origin documents exist, we share them. Our gold is 100% recycled, refined in Switzerland. Diamond certification (e.g. GIA/IGI) and any available provenance paperwork are provided on request.

Can you work to a specific date?

Yes, of course. Tell us your timeframe in the consultation and we’ll advise before you commit. We typically allow 6 - 8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on complexity and stone lead times.
