Where do your gemstones and diamonds come from?

We work with responsibly sourced gemstones and lab grown diamonds from trusted partners. Full traceability can be challenging in the gemstone supply chain; where origin documents exist, we share them. Our gold is 100% recycled, refined in Switzerland. Diamond certification (e.g. GIA/IGI) and any available provenance paperwork are provided on request.

How many design revisions can I make?

As many as you need during the design stage. Once you approve the design and we begin production (after the deposit), the design is fixed and further changes would require a new commission.

Can you work to a specific date?

Yes, of course. Tell us your timeframe in the consultation and we’ll advise before you commit. We typically allow 6 - 8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on complexity and stone lead times.
