At Incador, we work with two trusted sources of gold. The first is artisanal gold, sourced through formalised small-scale mining partners committed to ethical and responsible practices. Each gram is fully traceable from mine to maker, with a portion of proceeds supporting a community development fund.
Alongside this, we work with expert recovery partners to recover gold from electronics, extracting precious metals once hidden in circuit boards and refining it to 18 carat purity.

As engineers with backgrounds in material recovery, our founders saw beauty where others saw waste. Inspired by the hidden potential of electronics, they launched Tech for Treasure, a campaign rooted in innovation and purpose.
Today, we partner with expert extraction teams to recover and reclaim 24 carat gold from circuit boards. Our UCL pilot aims to remove barriers to recycling, combining education and ease of access to inspire action within one of the UK’s leading academic institutions.
