What payment methods may I use?

We accept payments through Visa, and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. Additionally, cash payments are also an option. Please Contact Us to confirm the maximum amount you can pay in cash.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ascertain if this is possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been submitted, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will I receive my order?

Each piece is made to order, with a lead time of 4 weeks to ensure the highest of quality. Some designs may take longer if they involve advanced techniques or innovative technology.

Please note this timeline applies to our core collection - bespoke pieces may require additional time and will be quoted individually.

Do you offer bespoke services?

Absolutely. Consult our Bespoke Design page to learn more about how you can design your Incador creation with no limits to your creativity. While you lead the way, our team will be here every step of the journey to guide and support you in bringing your unique piece to life.

Do you offer bespoke services?

Please note that customised creations cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in crafting each piece to meet the highest standards. Given the made to order and bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@incador.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

All orders are fully insured during shipping, and we will assist with any claims related to lost or damaged parcels.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes - we ship worldwide. All high-value orders are insured in transit for your peace of mind. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred at the destination country are the client’s responsibility.

Each piece is made to order, and will be shipped upon completion. UK orders are delivered within 2 working days, while international delivery typically takes up to 3 business days within Europe and up to 5 business days for other destinations.

Do Incador creations come with a certificate of authenticity?

When you purchase an Incador creation, it will come with a certificate of authenticity.
